Not an after-hours answering service. Not a nurse who takes a message and gets back to you tomorrow. You have a direct, HIPAA-secure messaging line to Dr. Mayoral — and the physician on the other end already knows your labs, your history, and what you were worried about last month.
Message him with questions between visits, on top of your included monthly consultations. Replies as availability permits; not on-call or urgent-care coverage. For medical emergencies, call 911.
When clinically indicated, your core protocol is included in the membership. For anything beyond it — additional hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 medications, hair loss treatment, ED treatment, or longevity protocols — Platinum members pay 50% less through Empower Pharmacy.
The same 50% applies to care. Up to five consultations a month are included; every consultation beyond that is billed at half price.
That is the deepest discount we offer, and it is reserved for Platinum. Gold members receive 30%.
Platinum includes up to five consultations per calendar month (unused visits do not roll over); consultations beyond five are billed at 50% of the standard rate. The 50% medication discount applies to eligible prescriptions dispensed through Empower Pharmacy that fall outside a member’s included protocol. You may fill any prescription at the pharmacy of your choice; member pricing applies only to prescriptions dispensed through Empower. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; any medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate after evaluation, with informed consent.
