Hormone Therapy

Feel like yourself again.

Lab-guided hormone replacement for men and women — evaluation, an individualized plan and ongoing monitoring with the same physician.

What's included

Hormone care, guided by your labs.

Fatigue, low drive, poor sleep, mood changes and stubborn weight can have many causes. Dr. Mayoral starts with your symptoms, history and lab work, then decides together with you whether hormone therapy makes sense.

Evaluation & labs

A full review of symptoms, history and medications, with lab testing ordered to measure where your levels actually are.

Individualized plan

Testosterone, estrogen, progesterone or thyroid support when clinically appropriate — dosed for you, not from a template.

Safety monitoring

Follow-up labs and visits to watch blood counts, hormone levels and side effects, and adjust as needed.

Pharmacy of your choice

Prescriptions go to your preferred pharmacy, or to Empower Pharmacy for member pricing.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Some hormone medications are controlled substances and are prescribed only in compliance with federal and state law. A visit never guarantees a diagnosis, prescription or particular result; every treatment decision is made in the physician's independent clinical judgment. Fees are listed on our Good Faith Estimate.
