ADHD Evaluation

Focus on what matters.

A thorough telehealth ADHD evaluation for adults, a clear treatment plan, and monthly follow-up with the same physician.

What's included

An evaluation, not a checkbox.

Trouble focusing, staying organized, finishing tasks or managing time can come from ADHD — or from anxiety, depression, sleep problems and other conditions that look similar. Dr. Mayoral's evaluation looks at the whole picture so the plan fits what is actually going on.

Structured intake

Validated questionnaires (ASRS, GAD-7, PHQ-9), your medical history and current medications, completed securely before your visit.

Physician evaluation

A video visit reviewing your symptoms across work, school and home, and ruling out conditions that mimic ADHD.

Treatment plan

A recommendation that may include medication, non-stimulant options, or strategies and referrals — whatever fits your evaluation.

Ongoing management

Monthly follow-ups to check how treatment is working and keep it safe and effective.

Telehealth care by Mark Mayoral, MD (FL ME176710 · MS 37596) for adults 18+ physically located in Florida or Mississippi at the time of each visit. We provide ADHD evaluations, not psychological testing. Completing an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. Controlled substances are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted, after a PDMP review and a signed Controlled Substance Patient Agreement, and each controlled medication requires its own active membership, which covers the required follow-up and monitoring. A visit never guarantees a diagnosis, prescription or particular result; every treatment decision is made in the physician's independent clinical judgment. Fees are listed on our Good Faith Estimate. Not for emergencies — call 911.
